feat(api): add multi-dimension breakdown filters for Cloudflare and PostHog analytics Add backend support for filtering analytics queries by dimension (path, referrer, country, device_type, and os_name): - Implement parse_filters, raw_values, and cache_suffix in services.filters to parse and validate repeated ?filter=field:value query parameters. - Translate filters into HogQL WHERE conditions for PostHog and dimension_in filter inputs for Cloudflare GraphQL queries. - Normalize referrers (stripping 'www.' and aliasing app referrers) and OS names (collapsing macOS and Linux variants) during stat merging. - Invert country display strings back to ISO country codes for querying. - Invalidate and segregate cached quarterly windows and snapshots using a hash of the active filters. - Exclude legacy Vercel migration data when filters are present and flag metadata.excludes_history on the response. - Add unit tests covering filter parsing, value expansions, and provider filter generation.
